1. Orders & Delivery

QuickTapau provides healthy meal preparations with cold-chain delivery across West Malaysia. Delivery takes 3–5 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Our team will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange your delivery or self pickup after your payment is verified.

2. Order Changes

Any changes to your delivery address or pickup arrangement must be sent to our WhatsApp support at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup.

3. Nutrition Information

Nutrition facts shown on our website and packaging are for informational and personal fitness tracking purposes only. They should not be used as medical advice, prescriptions or professional diagnosis.

Is QuickTapau Halal?

QuickTapau is currently not Halal-certified, but we are in the process of applying for certification. Our ingredients and suppliers are sourced from Halal-certified suppliers.

How are the meals prepared?

Our meals are carefully prepared, cooked, vacuum-packed and rapidly frozen to help preserve their quality, flavour and freshness.

How should I store my meals?

Keep your meals frozen as soon as you receive them. Follow the expiry date on the packaging for guidance. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

Do you use preservatives?

No. We don't add preservatives to extend shelf life. Our meals are vacuum-packed and frozen to help maintain their quality and freshness.

Do you cater for allergies or dietary restrictions?

Have an allergy or dietary restriction? Please contact us before ordering. We'll let you know which meals are suitable for you.

Are your meals calorie-counted?

Yes! Our meals come with nutritional information, making it easier to keep track of your calories, protein and other key nutrients.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver throughout West Malaysia.

When will my order arrive?

Our courier will contact you via WhatsApp or phone on the day of delivery. Delivery times depend on the courier's route for the day.

Delivery time: 3-5 working days (Monday–Friday)
Off days: Weekends & Public Holidays

How can I track my order?
