Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Coverage Areas

We provide cold-chain shipping throughout West Malaysia to ensure our meals reach you in pristine, frozen condition. We currently do not deliver to Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan.

2. Minimum Order

Delivery is available for orders of 8 meals or more. Orders below 8 meals are available for self pickup only.

3. Shipping Fees

Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode:

Melaka Tengah: RM15.00 flat delivery fee
Other West Malaysia areas (including Alor Gajah and Jasin): RM25.00 flat delivery fee

4. Free Delivery

Enjoy FREE cold-chain delivery on any order of 15 meals or more, including bundles and individual meals.

5. Self Pickup

Self pickup is always free. Pickup location: G7, GS Condo Ruby Shoplots, Block Vanda, Taman Klebang Jaya, 75200 Melaka. Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm (closed on public holidays). We'll confirm your pickup time via WhatsApp.

6. Delivery Schedule

Our courier dispatches orders Monday to Friday. Off days are weekends and public holidays. Delivery takes 3–5 working days, and the courier will contact you via WhatsApp or phone on the day of delivery.

Is QuickTapau Halal?

QuickTapau is currently not Halal-certified, but we are in the process of applying for certification. Our ingredients and suppliers are sourced from Halal-certified suppliers.

How are the meals prepared?

Our meals are carefully prepared, cooked, vacuum-packed and rapidly frozen to help preserve their quality, flavour and freshness.

How should I store my meals?

Keep your meals frozen as soon as you receive them. Follow the expiry date on the packaging for guidance. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

Do you use preservatives?

No. We don't add preservatives to extend shelf life. Our meals are vacuum-packed and frozen to help maintain their quality and freshness.

Do you cater for allergies or dietary restrictions?

Have an allergy or dietary restriction? Please contact us before ordering. We'll let you know which meals are suitable for you.

Are your meals calorie-counted?

Yes! Our meals come with nutritional information, making it easier to keep track of your calories, protein and other key nutrients.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver throughout West Malaysia.

When will my order arrive?

Our courier will contact you via WhatsApp or phone on the day of delivery. Delivery times depend on the courier's route for the day.
